Delivery Information
We ship via a reliable carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.
Domestic shipping: CJ Logistics, Korea Post. Free standard shipping (2–4 business days).
Exchange and Return Information
We encourage careful purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns and contribute to environmental protection. Choosing the right size not only saves time but also contributes to sustainable consumption. Please refer to the size chart provided in each product description.
- Exchanges and returns are possible within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Exchanges are free of charge (subject to availability).
- In case of refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in new condition, unworn or unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Exchange and Return Procedure
- Please email hello@pearlyjams.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange/return.
- We will provide detailed return instructions via email.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email whether a refund will be approved or an exchange will be processed.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- After approval, it may take up to two weeks depending on the bank or card company's circumstances.
Defective/incorrectly delivered products
If you receive a defective or different item than ordered, please immediately email hello@pearlyjams.com with your order number and a photo showing the problem . We will process your request promptly.
Additional Information
- Lost/Stolen Items: You are responsible for any issues after the shipping company marks your package as "Delivered." In this case, please contact the shipping company directly with the tracking number.
- Refusal of receipt or non-receipt of product: If the product is returned due to the customer's reasons, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Packaging Condition: When returning, please pack the product safely to prevent damage. Damage due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
