Domestic shipping: CJ Logistics, Korea Post. Free standard shipping (2–4 business days).

6. Exchange and Return Information

We encourage careful purchasing to reduce unnecessary returns and contribute to environmental protection. Choosing the right size not only saves time but also contributes to sustainable consumption. Please refer to the size chart provided in each product description.

• Exchanges and returns are possible within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Exchanges are free of charge (subject to availability).
• In case of refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be in new condition, unworn or unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  
  

Exchange and Return Procedure

Please email hello@pearlyjams.com with your order number and the items you wish to exchange or return. Detailed return instructions will be provided via email. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund or exchange will be approved.
